Can art be objectively good? – Reading

For my reading, I went through The Problem of Objectivity in Art and Historical Interpretation.
The article discussed the idea that no taste is universal, the example being the failure of the golden ratio to apply to everyone. This article made me realize that my question touches on far more concepts than I initially believed. It draws from ideas of formula, identity and personality.
The reading supported my belief that true objectivity does not exist.
